A first session in which participants work through an existing scenario and explore what it reveals. You receive brief feedback as agreed.
Indicative price: SEK 5,000 excl. VAT and travel.

A session of the same length, with the scenario adapted more closely to your organisation within existing material. Participants reason through it and summarise questions for further work. You receive a written summary of 1–2 pages within five working days.

Six sessions of 1.5–2 hours · Up to 20 participants
A training series in which participants explore how dependencies between people, resources and functions shape possible courses of action – and what follows when part of the system is disrupted.

Six sessions of 1.5–2 hours · Up to 14 participants
A training series of decision exercises in which participants test priorities and competing objectives, what information is enough for a decision, and when a decision needs reassessing.

The training complements your work on risk and vulnerability analysis and business continuity planning. I train the people who will use those analyses and plans: participants explore connections and test decisions. Audits, organisational analysis and action plans remain part of your regular preparedness work.
